FISH CURRY
4 - 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 50 gm SHAURY’S Fish Curry Powder
- Slices Red onions/fresh
- Dried Slice garlic/fresh
- 1Kg Fish fillet/ steak cut or Seafood
- 200ml coconut milk
- 200ml water
- Salt & sugar to taste
- Mixed Vegetables (Optional)
Method:
1. Marinate the fish or seafood withSHAURY’S®Fish Curry Powder
2. Heat the oil in sauce pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
3. Add the marinated fish / seafood into the sauce pan and continue sauté for 5 minutes. Pour in the water and coconut milk to the pan and let it boil until the seafood is well cooked.
4. Add in salt and sugar to taste.
