Taste of oregano is basicaaly warm, sharp and bitterish. Combine well with any spices and herbs. A good starter if you wish to make your own rubs or spice mix.

    Dried Oregano is more intensely aromatic than fresh and have as stronger flavour. Use sparingly because the with a note of bittereish.

    Combine well will all herbs. Good with all vegetables.
